The 4.6 mm Cable Ties are manufactured from UV-resistant Polyamide 6.6 (PA66W) for bundling and securing cables, pipes and hoses in outdoor environments. Their UV-stabilised construction resists ultraviolet radiation for considerably longer than standard PA66 cable ties. Each tie features internal serrations that provide a strong hold around the bundle, while the 225 N minimum loop tensile strength supports secure and dependable fastening across the available size range.
These black UV-resistant cable ties can be fitted manually or using a compatible processing tool. A bent tail simplifies insertion through the locking head, supporting quick and straightforward installation. Manufactured from 100% high-quality plastic, the ties also allow for good recycling. The 4.6 mm range includes lengths from 150 to 390 mm and maximum bundle diameters from 35 to 110 mm to suit different outdoor cable-management requirements.
