Plumma’s Blue Glue Type N is a fast-setting resin-based solvent cement formulated for bonding PVC-U pipe, fittings and sheet. Designed for PVC-U pipes with diameters up to 100 mm, it is suitable for non-pressure systems across residential, commercial and industrial installations. The blue formulation provides a visible application and is suitable for sewerage, drainage, stormwater, electrical conduit and cable conduit work. Correctly prepared joints are waterproof when completed in accordance with AS/NZS 2032 jointing instructions.
The solvent cement is supplied in a 1 litre container with a natural-bristle brush applicator built into the cap for straightforward application. Its tightly engineered closure helps minimize the risk of leaks during storage and handling, while the packaging is approved for Dangerous Goods transport and storage. Plumma’s Blue Glue conforms to AS/NZS 3879 performance requirements and is approved to AS/NZS 4020 for contact with drinking water. It is also WaterMark certified and manufactured under an ISO 9001:2008 accredited quality system.
