SSCCTB Series Coated Cable Ties provide high-strength bundling and fastening for demanding environments. Manufactured from 316-grade stainless steel, each tie is finished with a durable polyester powder coating that enhances resistance to corrosion, abrasion and moderate chemical exposure. The coating provides a barrier that helps protect cable insulation, reduce galvanic reactions and prevent contact corrosion between dissimilar metals. Smooth, coated edges improve handling safety and help minimise wear on bundled cables and materials.
Suitable for indoor and outdoor installations, the SSCCTB Series can be used in marine, weather-exposed and chloride-rich environments. A non-releasable ball-locking mechanism provides secure fastening, while the clean, uniform coating supports visually consistent cable layouts. The range includes 4.6 mm and 7.9 mm widths, multiple lengths and maximum bundle diameters up to 265.7 mm. Where sustained high temperatures are expected, the temperature limitations of the polyester coating should be verified for the application.
