X-Lock Flap Discs are premium-quality 125mm abrasive discs designed for grinding, blending and finishing steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Manufactured in Europe using hard zirconia abrasive, the grains self-sharpen as they cut to maintain effective material removal throughout the disc’s service life. Available in 40, 60, 80 and 120 grit options, the range covers applications from heavier grinding through to finer surface finishing.
A strong fibreglass backing gradually wears as the abrasive flaps are consumed, supporting consistent performance across the usable disc area. The advanced bonding system helps extend disc life by minimising premature grain shedding, while the balanced construction promotes smooth operation with reduced vibration and operator fatigue.
