Black Nylon Cable Glands provide a secure cable entry and seal for unarmoured cables in indoor and outdoor installations. The black glands are UV protected and manufactured with a Polyamide PA6 nylon body and cap, together with a black chloroprene seal and washer. Designed for easy assembly, they provide a superior seal around the cable sheath and enclosure. The range is rated IP66/68 at 5 bar and is supplied complete with a locknut.
The black cable gland range accommodates cable diameters from 3 to 47 mm, with metric thread sizes from M12 to M63. Its halogen-free construction and UL 94 V2 flammability rating support use across general-purpose electrical installations. The glands have a permanent operating range from -20°C to +100°C and can withstand intermittent temperatures up to 150°C.
