Alpha Silver Series Cutting Discs are high-quality reinforced cut-off wheels for stainless steel, steel, aluminium and other metals. Their straight Type 41 design is engineered for fast, controlled cutting across sheet metal, fabricated components, structural sections and automotive bodywork. Available in diameters from 100mm to 355mm, the range provides suitable options for angle grinders, electric cut-off machines and compatible high-speed saws.
The discs are MPA tested in Hannover, Germany and manufactured to EN 12413, supporting dependable performance in professional metalworking applications. Standard-diameter discs up to 230mm combine long service life with general-purpose and stainless-steel cutting capability. Selected 305mm and 355mm wheels incorporate multiple layers of fibreglass reinforcement for use with appropriate stationary or portable cutting equipment. Several packaging formats are available across the range, including wrapped discs, resealable card packs, tins, reusable tubs and boxed packs.
