CL Series Copper Cable Lugs provide a reliable method of terminating copper conductors across general electrical, industrial and high-performance power applications. Manufactured from 99.9% pure, high-conductivity annealed copper, the lugs offer excellent ductility and mechanical strength. This allows them to withstand crimping pressure without cracking, helping produce secure and electrically dependable cable terminations.
A 5–10 micron tin-plated finish improves corrosion resistance and supports long-term electrical performance in demanding environments. The straight barrel allows easy conductor insertion and is compatible with suitable indent and hexagonal crimping tools. Available for conductor sizes from 1.5mm² to 630mm², the range incorporates multiple palm-hole sizes for different termination points. Models up to 240mm² include an inspection window for visually checking conductor placement before crimping.
